The company is really open to invest into our professional development. As a software engineer, I get the opportunity to go to different conferences and have a separate budget for trainings/courses. I learn a lot from what I do day to day.
The company tries to continuously improve and take into account employees' feedback.
The job is hard, as every task has many unknowns. Sometimes, it is not clear what management expects from you. The trading environment is very fast-paced, and this is reflected in all the processes. There are a lot of security concerns (I guess for good reasons), and this impacts the software development process a bit.
More guidance is needed for newcomers.

Software Engineer
There is one OA, then an HR behavioral, and then a technical interview, which I did not pass. The interviewers were not really nice. They were not interested in my background; they focused only on solving the LeetCode problem.

The online assessment is not hard. As for the interview, the interviewer was nice and asked relevant questions focused on my experience and understanding of the industry. Overall, it was a positive experience.
