- Ok salary
- Bad middle-management; senior management is even worse.
- Heights of micromanagement, more stressful than the real work.
- The company has changed in the last 3-4 years, mostly for the bad.
- The only motivation to work is the bonus, if the company makes good profit and your manager likes you.
- Too many random changes and restructuring very frequently by a handful of people having no clear vision or communication.
- Almost 30% of the company does nothing but sit in meetings or offsites.
It doesn't matter; management will do what they want.

Software Engineer
There is one OA, then an HR behavioral, and then a technical interview, which I did not pass. The interviewers were not really nice. They were not interested in my background; they focused only on solving the LeetCode problem.

The online assessment is not hard. As for the interview, the interviewer was nice and asked relevant questions focused on my experience and understanding of the industry. Overall, it was a positive experience.
