Great working culture with nice benefits
At Flow, I really enjoy the great working environment with bright minds from a diverse set of backgrounds. Of course, the benefits like breakfast, lunch, snacks, gym, and massages are also a plus.
But also, the recent improvements within the team structuring facilitate easier communication between departments. So, I see steps into the right direction!
Sometimes work/projects can have little structure, as the whole company still feels like a start-up.
Onboard external tech people to grow the company's technical capabilities.

Software Engineer
There is one OA, then an HR behavioral, and then a technical interview, which I did not pass. The interviewers were not really nice. They were not interested in my background; they focused only on solving the LeetCode problem.

The online assessment is not hard. As for the interview, the interviewer was nice and asked relevant questions focused on my experience and understanding of the industry. Overall, it was a positive experience.
