Definition of toxic work culture.
Micromanagement is rampant throughout the company in many teams and is a huge reason why many people leave this company. The managers/higher management will never acknowledge this openly when they know it is currently one of their biggest issues, and will always try to blame the team. Please avoid this firm like a plague! Work hard and get into a better firm.

There is one OA, then an HR behavioral, and then a technical interview, which I did not pass. The interviewers were not really nice. They were not interested in my background; they focused only on solving the LeetCode problem.
