Process

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks.

I was contacted by a recruiter for the PE, Network role. Currently in the process of interview. I will edit with each stage to update. I have just finished my Recruiter Screening round and will be meeting the Hiring manager next.

Recruiter Screening:

  • Had a very informal chill tone.
  • Initially I was contacted for a different role but the recruiter said that the PE role is a much better fit, which I agree.
  • Gave me a brief about what to expect for the interviews and told me this role will have 10-15% travel but otherwise will be in the hubs [NYC, Austin, SF].
  • Asked me if the salary range mentioned in the job is okay with me.
  • Asked me a little bit about my background.

PS: The recruiter did seem a little distracted and focused on a lot of different things at the same time. But I understand because they might be hiring a lot more employees and just might be busy.
