Process

Interviewed with 3 engineers using the standard template Ford interview questions. They were all very warm and welcoming.

They took me on a short tour of the building after my interview. They could only do my interview late in the afternoon.

The questions were all normal interview questions, and there were no questions that threw me off or I felt were designed to shake the interviewee.

The pre-interview was extremely nice with a Ford recruiter, and she was extremely helpful during the whole process over email.
