Process

The vacancy was for a CAD designer, for people with no work experience.

I applied and they called me approximately one month later.

The first step is a quick phone interview in English.

Then they schedule you for a knowledge test in Santa Fe. This test lasts approximately 3 hours. The knowledge is very basic; there are 40 questions and you have 1 minute to answer each one. It's multiple choice. Then they give you the remaining time to solve some problems in the CATIA program.

Design some parts from a drawing and answer other questions.

If you pass the test, they call you for an interview with the area managers, which is 80% in English.

Questions

What was my happiest day in the last year?

How do I define innovation?

Why did I choose that company?

Any example of a problem I had when working in a team and how I resolved it?

What experience do I have in the area of CAD design?

The rest are basic questions, such as talking about myself, how I define myself, my qualities, and why I am eligible for said position.
