A phone interview followed by a panel/group interview at Ford Recruitment Center at Allen Park (3 interviewers).
Friendly. The interview was very easy.
There were two segments: technical and managerial.
Questions were application-based, which assessed the candidate's technical and managerial experience and knowledge.
After the interview, I was taken for a company visit.

Three strengths as a CAD Designer:
There is a product launch tomorrow, but today you found out there is a problem with your CAD. How will you tackle the problem? Will you stop the launch, ignore the problem, or try to solve the problem? And how?
Any time when you have a dispute with teammates?
Did you have any differences with any of the previous supervisors? How did you handle it?
