Shortly after applying, I received a phone screening interview. After the interview, I was invited for an on-site interview. The interview consisted of three managers. They were all friendly, and there were about 10 behavioral situation questions. I believe I answered most of them correctly, illustrating my behavior toward the situation. Unfortunately, they graded my interview low compared to other candidates, and I was not offered a job position.
