Received a phone call from the in-house recruiting team inviting me to an interview one week later.

The interview was split into two halves: the first being technical experience questions, and the second being behavioral questions. Overall, the interview lasted 90 minutes.

Pros: It was a pleasant experience. I had growth; it was my first job and I moved up in level over time. The leadership is good and there is opportunity for development. You can change careers and start in another area again.

Cons: Not all areas have documented processes and you can get lost in your roles and tasks. There is a lot of workload in some areas and not so much in others. It seems to be an imbalance and there is no compensation for overtime, just time for time. There is no recognition for going the extra mile; it's draining and unvalued.

Design a data structure that acts as a Least Recently Used (LRU) cache. Implement methods to get and put key-value pairs, evicting the least recently used entry when the cache is full.

Two Sum

Find two numbers in a given array that add up to a specific target value, and return their indices. Essentially, you need to efficiently locate the pair that satisfies the sum requirement.
