The process is slow, and I had to continually check the website with very little progress. They eventually eliminated the application without any communication. I really do not have much experience; I applied for several jobs and did not get past the HR interview.

Manage by intimidation.
Closed-minded.
If you do a great job, you are going nowhere (They say you're too valuable to move you on).
Suffer from "not invented here" (or "not invented by me" if you are in management) syndrome.
If you have great ideas and the data to support them, definitely look elsewhere!
