It was a 30-minute interview. The interviewer explained what kind of training program I would be getting if I got hired and asked me five behavioral questions. She opened for questions in the end. They did not even send a rejection email. I find that very rude. I spent time to have an interview with them. I get it; I am just a candidate, but they should have sent people emails notifying us that we did not get the positions. A couple of my friends who had interviews with Ford Motor Company did not get any feedback. I think it is not what they are supposed to do.
