FCG- Engineering Interview Experience - Dearborn, Michigan
Process
I was contacted by an engineer going through the resumes on the SHPE website for SHPE 2017 in Kansas City.
I was invited for the hospitality suite and set up for an interview in their booth. This interview was with two engineers, focused on behavioral and ethical questions.
About a month later, I was set up for an onsite interview at the Ford Talent Center in Dearborn, MI. The onsite interview was a panel interview with 3 people and was behavioral in nature. Total of 9 questions were asked and focused on past experiences about projects.
