Pros: Very helpful environment. The older employees are more than willing to help and give advice to new hires. There is never a dull moment, and there is always work to keep you busy.
Cons: It can be a very high-stress environment. Tempers can flare at times, so you have to have thick skin.

Pros: Salaried, but I get overtime. Co-workers are genuine and helpful. It never feels like people are out to get you. Great benefits: optional free healthcare.
Cons: Started out remote, which has made it hard to learn and understand VO processes.
