Process

Website template to be filled with generic data, and some case studies. After succeeding in that part, I was qualified for a telephone interview. A HR representative called me and set me up for an interview. During the 30-minute interview, I had to answer 6 questions. Some of them were typical interview questions: 'Tell me about a time you...' and 'Give examples of your actions.' Some were job-specific. Overall, I had a very good impression of the course of the interview. The same day, I was called back and informed I qualified for the assessment center. The assessment center consists of a 60-minute interview and a 70-minute role-play exercise. You have 35 minutes to prepare, 20 minutes to conduct a meeting with a client, and then 15 minutes to sum up the meeting.
