Process
I applied online. I was emailed a link for an aptitude test, which I passed. A phone interview was set up, and the recruiter spoke very well for over 30 minutes. He said he would let me know in 2-3 weeks. It has been over 5 weeks, and I have not heard back. The job status online says 'Under Hiring Manager Review.' I tried calling him, and there has been no response. I hope that they call and tell me if I am not selected. He did tell me that I passed the phone interview, and I was eagerly waiting for a call for the next round, but I have not heard back.
