Meet recruiters at the university career fair. Most of the recruiters were previous grads. It seems as if they were focusing on your confidence and how you hold yourself. They had an info session the same night. To apply for an internship position, you have to pass a basic knowledge test. About a week after the career fair, I was invited for a sit-down interview. The process is still pending.

Pros: I have really liked the people that I have worked with so far. Just like anywhere, you can find people who seem to be working against you, but by far the large majority of people are there to support you. It really feels like we are all working on the same team. The jobs here keep me busy and are engaging; I enjoy the tasks given to me.

Cons: I don't know if this should be a pro or a con, but you really get thrown into your job without much training. So, on the one hand, it is very difficult because you are new and have no idea how things are done around the company. But on the other hand, you learn very quickly and instantaneously gain a ton of experience. And, as I said before, people are generally very helpful when you have questions.
