The hiring process was initiated by a contract house/agency. I was asked to interview for a position with FoMoCo in early 2013. I was well received by my interviewer and was shown around the place I'd be working at, if hired.
The interview process began in the morning and lasted not more than 30 minutes. Despite the fact that I was being interviewed for a technical position, the questions I was asked were more behavioral and generic.
