There is a standardized book/log of questions and procedures they will follow for the interview. The interviewer will grade your answers based on a scale. Most of the questions are behavioral, but they will ask some questions that require some technical depth and knowledge.

They will not ask about specific parts of a vehicle or specific technical questions (e.g., what grade of steel would you use in this situation), but they want to know that you have some technical aptitude to think critically about the science and engineering behind automobiles and mobility (e.g., what are some aspects of engineering that you can bring to Ford?).
