Three steps were included and detailed all experiences. Requested detail more with additional questions. It was very professional and difficult. It took weeks with three different interviews.
There were some exams and assessments online before all interviews. Online meetings. Exams included an English level check, which included grammar, speaking, listening, and writing. It was not easy, but necessary, I think.
