Cons: Worst work culture. Hard-working engineers have no value here. It's all about how to stay connected and save yourself from the next layoff. Full-time employees will be banned for life from coming back as an employee, contractor, or in any role forever. This applies no matter whether the layoff is due to management failure or business reasons. If you get laid off, all your 401k match that is not vested (3 years) will be gone. You will never be able to say, "I worked hard and I won't be impacted." It was a worst place to be in my career.
