One 2-hour interview with a dev team to cover what project I'll be working on and to gauge how I work in a pair programming environment. Received positive feedback after the interview and got a verbal offer, but it was retracted when HR found out I did not have a Bachelor's Degree.

General thoughts on programming and experience with pair programming environments. The interview was driver-navigator, where the interviewee was the navigator, so not a lot of pressure. The interview coding followed a test-driven approach.
