I scheduled the phone interview, and they called me to ask some questions. They asked about me personally and one technical question.

- Learn a bunch about how to make products.
- Learn how to work as a software engineer.
- Fantastic people you work with.
Cons: - They do a great job teaching employees valuable skills, but once employees are good at what they do, they are undercompensated.
- It's only possible to get a raise with a counteroffer outside of a performance review. By then, it is too late.
