It was on par with tough. I appeared as a part of off-campus, and usually off-campus selections are harder than on-campus. There was a large pool of candidates with more than the required percentage set by the HR team, and they selected very few. Luckily and confidently, I was one of them :)

Pros: have many benefits. Mainly, they concentrate on work-life balance and are strict with harassment policies.
It's a nice place to work, and you will always be respected. We can question anyone anytime because of its open-door policy.
I had a really nice experience working in the environment.
Competitive salary compared to other companies.
Cons: Some projects really should be decommissioned.
They have more legacy applications and standard projects which hardly require support personnel.
I wouldn't recommend it for a fresher and people much passionate towards coding.
