Cons: The entire company is a SWE nightmare. Prepare to be screwed over by Ford repeatedly while they ask you to be the hero.
Most of your coworkers will be incompetent, and you will be asked to play janitor and clean up all of their mistakes.
CEO is worthless.

Lots of opportunities are there.
Cons: No downsides in Ford Motors. Maybe skill development opportunities are less compared to others.
