Typical hiring process: HR did a phone screening to collect general information. This was followed by technical interviews conducted by hiring managers. They asked about basic Java knowledge and some data structure and algorithm questions. I didn't pass the technical part, as my memory was rusty about some terms I haven't used since graduating from university.
