Cons: - Return to work policy, even for people who work on a PC 100% and don't need to be in the office. - Regular annual layoffs, even when the economy is good, of both contractors and full-timers. No job security. - Ford employs a strict corporate no-rehire policy imposed from the top. So even if you get laid off on good terms for reasons outside of your control (Ford's financials), there's no way back. - Ford products have been growing increasingly anti-consumer in the past decade. If you are a car person, working on vehicles that are made to be discarded in 10 years will be slowly eating you from inside.
