Pros: Everything is hands-on. I like the work atmosphere there; it's an all-around great place to work. Furthermore, it pays very well for this position.
Cons: I just had a little too much stress, but that happens in every job, I guess, right?
To add to this, there are also changes you have to adapt to frequently, but that’s what comes with this job.
