2. Office Campus is good. - Gym, Game room, sports ground.
3. Flexible work time.
Cons: 1. Very minimal job security; you can be laid off all of a sudden, even if you are a top performer for years.
2. Regional office politics exist internally, a lot.
3. Salary hikes and bonuses depend on higher management's performance. If your higher leadership gets a low rating, that will be cascaded down to most of the employees (almost 95-98%).
