I got a call through some consultancy. I attended an interview in the New Ford Office in Chennai.

1st round: Technical - Around 1 hour, asked so many questions related to Java, Cloud, Project Architecture, etc.

2nd Round: Discussion with Project Manager. (While discussion, I got a message from the recruiter to meet after completing this round.) Scenario-based questions, project handling, and how to deal with this situation. After the interview, the panel was satisfied (as per my understanding) and said HR would call.

On that day, I forgot to check the message from the recruiter, so I didn't meet him. (How irresponsible from the recruiter to send a message instead of coming and telling me to meet.)

After 4 days, I tried to call the recruiter and the consultancy. Nobody is responding to the call.

After trying many times, the consultancy picked up the call and said they liked my profile and the final result is pending. After 3 weeks, I didn't get any response.

So I left. One suggestion: inform the candidate at least via mail. Very unprofessional people.
