Process

The interview process began with an initial screening call. Katrina was wonderful and respectful. The questions were in-depth but fair. Kayla then set up a virtual interview, which went well. Jeri completed the process and was truly wonderful. In all, the interview process was very fast, efficient, and effective. Everyone was extremely kind. I would highly recommend!

Pros: One of the best companies to work for. The company gives enough freedom to develop. There are a lot of nice projects you can participate in, as well as potentially get international assignments. The company gives good working conditions: a job car with the possibility to use it privately (usually Mondeo level), interesting projects, and it gives a lot of training to develop knowledge.

Cons: If you want to grow vertically, it very depends on your manager. The company has an interesting system of promoting employees, but if you are not engaged by the manager, you can get stuck in one position for many years. This is applicable for all Ford locations.
