There are not many growth opportunities. The movements are not that fast, I think because people like working at Ford and therefore there are not many movements or people leaving the company.
I only had two interviews. The first was with Human Resources via message, where they told me about the position, salary expectations, and the process. From there, a technical test that unfortunately I could not complete successfully.
It was a somewhat tiring interview, it lasted almost 2 hours. It was completely in English with 2 engineers, both seemed to know very well what they were asking me about. They asked me questions about: * ML fundamentals * MLOps, particularly MLFlo
Well, plain and simple. We need to be able to have more details. Technical issues are observed that help to know more about the knowledge acquired. And, additionally, this is examined if one has problem-solving skills.
