All the employees always pushed you to be better on every assignment. You don't have to be afraid to ask questions; they're always looking to help and realize this is a team effort. Vacations and holidays were nice.
As a contract person, there is no warning for when they will let you go.
Personally, especially since it was due to the pandemic, upper management should have been more straightforward.
