Some very talented people.
Lots of onsite parking.
Free coffee.
Company lease cars are cheap.
Slow work environment. No innovation. Old school mentality to design. Lots of "dead wood". Could not wait to move onto the next job. Worst location to work in Melbourne. The contract house they use is a joke.
Should clean out a lot of employees that don't do anything. Very unproductive workforce.
