Very good work environment. The schedules are very flexible, it has good benefits, and all its employees are internationally competitive. Furthermore, all conversations and documents are conducted in English.
The plant needs a bit of remodeling and improvements. The food is not the best, but it is healthy and Ford offers it for free.
