I was called for an interview and my experience in the position, as well as my experience with the latest simulation methods, was reviewed. After that, it took two weeks for the second and third interviews.

The interview was straightforward. They ask you more personal questions and about your life plan, regarding mistakes and goals you've made, especially where third parties are involved.

With an HR interview and a technical interview, the first one is just to know if you have the level of English that they need, and the second one is in both languages.
