You learn a lot. It has a well-packaged compensation, and it was an excellent environment to grow.
You can grow fast and escalate quickly, but just at a certain level. After you reach your top level as an Engineer, there is not much else to do or to go.
You should keep the engineers growing to the next level and take a deep look at the current vague leadership the company has.
