The interview process at Ford involved three rounds, starting with an initial HR call where I was asked about my background and resume. Within a week, I moved to the first technical round with an engineer from Ford. It was a very interactive session

Had an initial 30-minute phone screen which covered behavioral-type questions. Then had an on-site interview that lasted for 1.5 hours. This interview had similar questions to the phone interview but went into more detail regarding the technical aspe
