I am learning a lot of things, especially technical skills.
They have a very well-developed culture. People respect each other. There is very good work-life balance and a high salary.
I especially learned debugging PLC Step 7 TIA Portal V15.1 coding, networks, and interpreting AutoCAD drawings.
The best part is to take on stress while solving an issue, but when it results in a positive outcome, it gives more happiness than just getting served on a plate.
I learned good leadership skills, communication skills with different levels of employees, decision-making skills, and situation-handling skills.
No cons. Best place to work.
Best management I have ever seen. They give huge respect to floor personnel and always follow time and schedule. Best people I have ever worked with.

Software Quality Assurance Engineer
The interview comprised of basic questions regarding software testing, with additional technical questions about test plans. For example, I was asked about a process for testing a random machine, such as a rice cooker in my case.
Software Developer
Typical interview asking questions about memory management and best algorithm practices. Simple questions with whiteboarding. There were two devs present, and then the manager would swap out with them for personal skill questions.
Software Engineering Intern
The interview was scheduled for an hour and a half. The first 20-ish minutes were introductions and a presentation on what Ford Pro does. Then, the rest of the time was for two LeetCode-style questions of probably easy difficulty in Java.
