In person, two people (one was a supervisor and the other a manager) interviewed me. Each person asked a few questions, and then we discussed the position. Questions focused on past experiences at school and/or past jobs.

Two-hour-long conversations. Asks Linux questions about how to do various things in the Linux shell. Otherwise, pretty standard, talking about experience and projects from your resume. It was a really easy interview process.
