Don't force employees to come to the office in the name of collaboration. Collaboration can happen over Webex too. Also, some people are just working there without contributing significantly. Most of the work done is by 40-50% of the workforce.
Very poor interview management. The talent team will not ever contact you, even if you're referred by one of the team's managers. They won't even review your assessments manually, not the MCQs, not even the SQL/coding parts. Very lazy interview proc
