Pros

Rotations are extremely flexible, which allows you to experience many aspects of the company. Treated the same as a full-time employee, even as a co-op. Many good career opportunities. Good pay for co-op students.

Cons

Sometimes 3 months is not enough to be able to follow the vehicle programs. A large company can result in a large learning curve for policies and jargon.

Advice to Management

Don't forget the little people who find problems with a current process. Sometimes things really do need to be changed from the current plan, even though it may put us behind schedule.
