Little opportunity for advancement. The company's idea of diversity is a joke. Nepotism and favoritism are how positions are filled. The interview process is a complete joke.
Need to shake up middle management and human resources.

First phone interview with HR, then invited for a face-to-face interview. It was a very friendly environment, and they asked mostly behavioral questions, such as where do you see yourself in five years, etc.
