Simple STAR-based question. The interview lasted almost an hour. They wanted to know various work-related situations I had been in and how I reacted. Very laid back and relaxed.

Fine. It was as expected for this type of position, which was an engineer for automotives. They build cars at this site. The cars are EV cars and some fossil fuel-based cars, so the interview was about cars that Ford builds.
