Promotions are based on the good old boys network.
There is no emphasis on innovation, but there is an insistence on old Ford practices.
Supervisors and managers are promoted to a level of incompetence.
Only Ford experience is respected; all other qualifications are not valid.
Respect qualifications obtained outside of FORD.
