Good work environment. Human resources controls the hiring process very well. Excellent training program.
Promotions are based on the good old boys network.
There is no emphasis on innovation, but there is an insistence on old Ford practices.
Supervisors and managers are promoted to a level of incompetence.
Only Ford experience is respected; all other qualifications are not valid.
Respect qualifications obtained outside of FORD.
