The company respects and provides a great deal of freedom for professional development, diversity, and work-life balance. The company treats employees with respect and dignity, even under some of the most trying circumstances.

Cons

The company is slow to adapt to changes and slow to recognize and reward innovations. Technical and subject matter expertise can only take you so far in the organizational hierarchy, after which it becomes all-management or process leadership, which is unfortunate.

Advice to Management

The company should adapt to changes and be more proactive in offering rewarding careers to innovative and hard-working employees, instead of old-fashioned performance reviews, which are no good other than for paperwork.
