Great, very vocal recruiter. They ask you about your day and the times that you work. They go out of their way to make sure you’re awake and able to breathe.

Fine. It was as expected for this type of position, which was an engineer for automotives. They build cars at this site. The cars are EV cars and some fossil fuel-based cars, so the interview was about cars that Ford builds.

First, a basic interview, next a psychometric test, and a final interview. The basic interview was fully technical. The final interview was both technical and HR. Mostly discussion-oriented. The interview process was well-directed and accomplished.
