The wage is very good. Beginning the work is interesting.
Permanent employees are nothing but frustrating, lazy people. How individuals got/keep jobs is beyond me. They are a big money pit that could quite easily be sorted, but nothing will ever be done about it.
Stop lying to contractors, saying you will get a permanent role for them. It would be appreciated to not be strung along like an idiot.
