Great place to work - minus the politics & salary
If you are passionate about your career, this is a great place to work.
Low salary; office politics with middle management (Palo Alto site).
Middle management needs to stop catering to upper management. From my short time at Palo Alto, it seems to be a revolving door for middle management trying to climb the ladder.
