The interview process went very fast. First, I had a phone interview after responding to an internet ad. A few weeks went by, then I received an email, and in a few days, I had an interview in person and was offered the job.

Introduce yourself at the beginning, and the manager will go through your experience to dig in and find out what your capabilities are. Then they will ask about your expectations regarding the company and why you chose Ford.

Technical & HR interview. Questions will be asked from your resume. Don't lie on your resume. Be well prepared. Dress formally and make sure you look presentable. Don't forget to greet the interviewer.
